At Naari, every piece is carefully inspected and packed with love before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standard, we don't offer returns/ exchanges.
We request you to please review all product details, size information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist.
To be eligible for support:
An unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must be continuous, clear, and withot any cuts or edits.
The product, packaging, and damage must be clearly visible.
The video should be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Claims made without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
All damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
